About

Why work with me?
I bring a unique blend of professional and personal expertise to all of the families that I help. First and foremost, your child is the center of everything that we will do together. My goal is to help you help them!
Professionally, I was a public school educator for 20+ years holding the roles of English teacher, college counselor, dean of students, and assistant principal all at the secondary level. During this time, I worked with countless families to help their children achieve success and happiness at school. Success looks different for every child and every family. My role is to help your family find your version of school success.
Personally, I am a parent to two neurodivergent kids. I, too, have had to navigate the school system from the parental perspective. Even with my professional expertise, I have found this to be challenging, difficult, and frustrating at times. My goal is to be in your corner helping to ease the burden and exhaustion of advocacy.
I know, firsthand, how to advocate for kids both as a parent and educator.
